Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the TRPG persistent world service operated through GPT Actions at yuki-dev.net (the “Service”). The Service stores and retrieves game world information so a campaign can continue across sessions. It is independently operated and is not operated, endorsed, or guaranteed by OpenAI.

2. Data the Service receives

The Service may receive and process the following data when a GPT Action is used:

• Action inputs and operation data, including world, player, entity, and request identifiers; world names, descriptions, and metadata; and search queries.
• Persistent game data supplied through an Action, such as setting and canon, characters and NPCs, event history, current state, NPC knowledge, locations, summaries, inventory, HP, MP, and other game attributes included by the user or GPT.
• Authentication credentials used to authorize an Action. The application uses the credential for authentication and does not intentionally store the credential in its database or ordinary application logs.
• Technical and security data that may be processed by the Service or its infrastructure, such as IP address, User-Agent, date and time, hostname, request path, response status, and error information. Application audit or rejection records may include an operation name, request identifier, world identifier, affected entity identifiers, and result.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in game content unless it is necessary for your use of the Service.

3. How data is used

The Service uses data to:

• create, store, retrieve, and update TRPG world and character state;
• continue a persistent world across chats and sessions;
• perform requested GPT Action operations;
• prevent duplicate writes and handle revision conflicts;
• diagnose errors, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse or security threats.

Data is not used by the Service operator for advertising or marketing, and user data is not sold.

4. Persistent world data and retention

Game worlds are designed to persist. Stored information may include world rules and setting, event history, current world and character state, NPC knowledge, world metadata, request-deduplication records, and write audit records. Data may remain available across sessions and service restarts.

The Service does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Archiving a world is not deletion. Data may be retained until the operator deletes it or it is no longer needed to operate, secure, or maintain the Service. If residual copies exist in infrastructure backups, their removal may follow the applicable backup lifecycle.

5. Sharing and service providers

User data is not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers as needed to deliver and protect the Service, including Cloudflare for network delivery and security. When the Service is used through ChatGPT or GPT Actions, OpenAI also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including HTTPS in transit, Bearer credential checks, separation of data by authenticated owner, request-size limits, revision checks, and write auditing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Requests about your data

To ask about stored data or request correction or deletion, email privacy@yuki-dev.net. Include enough information to locate the relevant world or request, but do not send authentication credentials. The operator may ask for information needed to verify the request and will respond to the extent reasonably and technically possible. The Service does not provide an automated self-service deletion function.

8. This policy page

This static policy page does not add analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, third-party scripts, a contact form, or a cookie banner. Cloudflare may still process standard request and security metadata when delivering the page.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or its data practices. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes.

本プライバシーポリシーは、yuki-dev.net において GPT Actions 経由で運営される TRPG 永続世界サービス（以下「本サービス」）に適用されます。本サービスは、セッションを またいでキャンペーンを継続できるよう、ゲーム世界の情報を保存・取得します。本サービスは 独立して運営されており、OpenAI が運営、推奨、または保証するものではありません。

2. 本サービスが受け取るデータ

GPT Action の利用時に、以下のデータを受け取り、処理する場合があります。

• Actionへの入力および操作データ。world、player、entity、request の各識別子、 世界名、説明、メタデータ、検索語などを含みます。
• Action経由で送信された永続的なゲームデータ。世界設定やCanon、キャラクターとNPC、 Event履歴、Current State、NPC Knowledge、場所、要約、inventory、HP、MP、その他 利用者またはGPTが含めたゲーム属性などを含みます。
• Actionの認証に使用される認証情報。アプリケーションは認証のためにこれを使用しますが、 認証情報自体をデータベースまたは通常のアプリケーションログへ意図的に保存しません。
• 本サービスまたはそのインフラが処理する場合のある技術・セキュリティ情報。IPアドレス、 User-Agent、日時、hostname、request path、response status、error情報などを含みます。 アプリケーションの監査・拒否記録には、operation名、request識別子、world識別子、 影響を受けたentity識別子、処理結果が含まれる場合があります。

本サービスの利用に必要な場合を除き、機微な個人情報をゲーム内容に含めないでください。

3. 利用目的

本サービスは、データを以下の目的で利用します。

• TRPG世界およびキャラクター状態の作成、保存、取得、更新
• chatやsessionをまたぐ永続世界の継続
• 要求されたGPT Action操作の実行
• 重複書込みの防止およびrevision conflictの処理
• errorの調査、信頼性の維持、不正利用やセキュリティ脅威への対策

本サービスの運営者はデータを広告またはマーケティング目的で利用せず、利用者データを 販売しません。

4. 永続世界データと保存期間

ゲーム世界は永続する設計です。保存情報には、世界のルールや設定、Event履歴、現在の世界・ キャラクター状態、NPC Knowledge、world metadata、request重複防止記録、書込み監査記録が 含まれる場合があります。データはsessionやサービス再起動をまたいで利用可能な状態で残ります。

現在、本サービスは一定期間後の自動削除を約束していません。worldのarchiveは削除では ありません。データは、運営者が削除するまで、または本サービスの運用・保護・保守に不要と なるまで保存される場合があります。インフラのbackupに残存コピーが存在する場合、その削除は 該当backupのライフサイクルに従う場合があります。

5. 共有とサービス提供者

利用者データを販売しません。本サービスの提供と保護に必要な範囲で、インフラおよび サービス提供者がデータを処理する場合があります。これには、ネットワーク配信とセキュリティを 担うCloudflareが含まれます。ChatGPTまたはGPT Actions経由で本サービスを利用する場合、 OpenAIも同社の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を処理します。また、法令上必要な 場合、または利用者、本サービス、その他の者を保護するため合理的に必要な場合、データを開示 することがあります。

6. セキュリティ

通信時のHTTPS、Bearer認証情報の確認、認証されたowner単位のデータ分離、request size制限、 revision確認、書込み監査など、合理的な技術的・組織的対策を講じます。ただし、通信・保存の 方法に完全な安全はなく、絶対的なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

7. 保存データに関する依頼

保存データへの問い合わせ、訂正、削除の依頼は、 privacy@yuki-dev.net へお送りください。 該当するworldやrequestを特定できる情報を記載し、認証情報は送らないでください。運営者は 依頼確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があり、合理的かつ技術的に可能な範囲で対応します。 本サービスには自動化されたself-service削除機能はありません。

8. 本ポリシーページ

この静的ポリシーページには、analytics、広告tracker、fingerprinting、third-party script、 contact form、cookie bannerを追加していません。ただし、Cloudflareはページ配信時に標準的な request情報およびsecurity metadataを処理する場合があります。

9. 変更

本サービスまたはデータ取扱いの変更を反映するため、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。 更新時には、ページ上部の施行日を変更します。
